There is a mod that can combine weapons, problably thats it. Also remember seeing equally broken weapons in games like Borderlands. I remember seeing tons of damage rocket-launchers around alpha. I assume they used some sort of hack or program to create the weapons. They're all crafted, but you have to find the base weapon from a chest or something, so it's not entirely crafted. The broadsword is pretty good and also looks cool, so this might be what you meant. Violium swords - These can be crafted at a separator's table. The guns are always pretty stale, though. Some of them are actually good enough to use at certain tiers, but often not for long. Regular guns - Novakids can craft various guns. Even the unique boss weapons are dropped and not crafted.
